Consumer Rights – Cancellations – Returns & Refunds
GENERAL:
- By placing an order through this website, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract presented to you electronically.
- Shipping costs, including delivery fees, are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Each purchased product will be delivered to the person and/or entity at the address provided by the buyer within a maximum of 30 days, in accordance with applicable regulations. If the product is not delivered within this period, the buyer has the right to cancel the contract.
- The purchased product must be delivered complete, in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, and accompanied by any relevant documents such as a warranty certificate and user manual, if applicable.
- If the purchased product becomes unavailable or cannot be delivered, the seller must notify the buyer in writing within 3 days of becoming aware of the issue. The full payment must be refunded to the buyer within 14 days.
IF PAYMENT FOR THE PURCHASED PRODUCT IS NOT RECEIVED:
- If the buyer fails to pay for the purchased product or cancels the payment through their bank, the seller’s obligation to deliver the product shall terminate.
UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARD FOR PURCHASES:
7. If, after delivery, it is determined that the buyer’s credit card was used fraudulently by unauthorized persons and the payment for the sold product is not received by the seller from the bank or financial institution, the buyer is required to return the product to the SELLER within 3 days. The SELLER will cover the shipping costs for the return.
IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED ON TIME DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES:
8. If the seller encounters force majeure or other unforeseen events that prevent timely delivery of the product, the buyer will be notified. The buyer may request cancellation of the order, substitution with a similar product, or postponement of delivery until the obstacle is resolved.
If the buyer cancels the order and paid by cash, a full refund will be issued within 14 days of cancellation.
If the buyer paid by credit card and cancels the order, the refund will be processed to the bank within 14 days; however, it may take 2-3 weeks for the funds to appear in the buyer’s account due to the bank’s processing times.
BUYER'S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT:
9. The BUYER shall inspect the contracted goods/services before taking delivery; they shall not accept damaged or defective goods/services from the courier company, such as those that are crushed, broken, or have torn packaging. Goods/services accepted upon delivery shall be deemed to be undamaged and intact. The BUYER must carefully protect the goods/services after delivery. If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the goods/services must not be used. The Invoice must also be returned with the product.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
10. The BUYER may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the date the product is delivered to them or to the person/entity at the specified address. To do so, the buyer must notify the SELLER using the contact information below. The buyer may reject the product and withdraw from the contract without any legal or penal liability and without providing any reason.

PERIOD FOR THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
12. If the BUYER has purchased a service, this 14-day period begins from the date the contract is signed. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in service contracts where the performance of the service has begun with the consumer's consent before the expiration of the withdrawal period.
13. Expenses arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal belong to the SELLER.
14. For the right of withdrawal to be exercised, a written notification must be made to the SELLER via registered mail with return receipt, fax, or email within a period of 14 (fourteen) days, and the product must not have been used, in line with the "Products for Which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised" provisions stipulated in this contract.
EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
15. The invoice for the product delivered to the third party or the BUYER. (If the invoice of the product to be returned is corporate, it must be sent along with the return invoice issued by the corporation. Order returns placed on behalf of corporations cannot be completed unless a RETURN INVOICE is issued.)
16. The return form, the box, packaging, and, if any, standard accessories of the products to be returned must be delivered completely and undamaged.
RETURN CONDITIONS:
17. The SELLER is obliged to return the total amount and the documents placing the BUYER under debt to the BUYER within a maximum period of 10 days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal notification and to take back the goods within 20 days.
18. If there is a decrease in the value of the goods or if the return becomes impossible due to a fault of the BUYER, the BUYER is obliged to compensate the SELLER for the damages in proportion to their fault. However, the BUYER is not responsible for changes or deterioration that occur due to the proper use of the goods or product within the right of withdrawal period.
19. Should the total amount fall below the campaign limit set by the SELLER due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the discount amount utilized under the campaign will be cancelled.
PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED:
20. Pursuant to the Regulation, it is not possible to return products prepared in line with the BUYER's requests or explicit personal needs, which are not suitable for return, such as the bottom parts of underwear, bikini and swimsuit bottoms, make-up products, disposable products, goods that are likely to perish quickly or have an expiry date, products whose return is not suitable for health and hygiene after their packaging has been opened by the BUYER upon delivery, goods which are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated due to their nature, goods related to periodical publications such as newspapers and magazines, except those provided under a subscription agreement, services performed instantly in an electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer, and the return of audio or visual recordings, books, digital content, software programs, data recording and data storage devices, and computer consumables is not possible if their packaging has been opened by the BUYER. Furthermore, pursuant to the Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services whose performance has begun with the consumer's approval before the expiration of the right of withdrawal period.
21. For the return of cosmetic and personal care products, underwear products, swimsuits, bikinis, books, copyable software and programs, DVD, VCD, CD and cassettes, and stationery consumables (toner, cartridge, ribbon, etc.), they must be unopened, untried, intact, and unused.
DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES
22. Should the BUYER default on payment when the payment transactions are made by credit card, the BUYER agrees, declares, and undertakes that they will pay interest and be liable to the card-issuing bank within the framework of the credit card agreement between them. In this case, the relevant bank may resort to legal remedies; it may demand any arising costs and attorney's fees from the BUYER, and in any event where the BUYER defaults on their debt, the BUYER accepts that they will compensate the SELLER for any loss and damage incurred due to the delayed performance of the debt.
